The situation
The owner’s marketing numbers were scattered everywhere. Revenue sat in a spreadsheet, leads came in from ads and phone calls and the website, and attribution was buried in the field software. Getting the full picture meant opening five things and stitching them together by hand.
What I built
One secure dashboard that does the stitching automatically. Revenue and job mix come from their daily tracker spreadsheet, and lead-channel attribution is worked out from the field software, so repeat customers and real lead sources are separated cleanly. It sits behind a magic-link login, so only the owner can see it, with no passwords to manage and nothing sensitive exposed in the browser. It refreshes every night, so the numbers are always current without anyone lifting a finger.
The result
Five tabs became one login. The owner can finally see where revenue and leads are actually coming from, in one place, without building a report. The plumbing behind it, the nightly sync and the secured read, stays invisible, which is exactly how it should be.
