The situation
Refrigerant comes with paperwork. Every pound a tech charges into a system has to end up in a log, and that log needs to be current when someone asks for it. The techs were already recording usage on their jobs. Getting those entries out of the field software and into one place was the part that kept slipping, usually onto whoever had a spare hour at the end of the month.
What I built
A nightly report that does the collecting. It runs at 1 AM, pulls the day’s jobs from the field software, finds every refrigerant entry, and emails a clean summary before anyone is awake. No new steps for the techs. No monthly catch-up session in a spreadsheet. The log is current every single morning.
The result
Refrigerant records that are ready whenever someone asks, built entirely from data the techs were already entering. One more piece of office work that runs while the shop is dark.
Have a report someone rebuilds by hand every month? Let’s talk.
