The situation
The owner wanted a daily handle on what got done without logging into the field software and digging for it. Refrigerant usage mattered in particular, both for cost and for compliance, and it was buried in job notes and line items where nobody was tracking it.
What I built
An automation that runs early every morning, pulls the prior day’s completed work orders, summarizes them, and emails the report over. It also reads through the notes and parts to flag where refrigerant was used, so that detail surfaces instead of hiding. There’s no dashboard to check and no button to press. The report just shows up.
The result
The owner now starts each day with a clear summary of yesterday’s work sitting in the inbox, refrigerant included. Something that used to take real digging happens on its own, every single morning.
Got a report you keep meaning to pull? I can make it show up on its own.
