The situation
Booking requests came in through the website, and then a person retyped each one into the field software by hand. It was slow and easy to get wrong, and it meant a real person had to be in the loop before anything could move forward.
What I built
A booking page that handles its own data entry. When a customer books, the automation creates the customer record and the job in the field software, routes it to the right branch and rep, and keeps all the details intact. The office sees a real, scheduled job instead of an email to re-key.
The result
Bookings now flow from the website into the field software without anyone retyping them. Less manual work, fewer mistakes, and a much faster path from a customer’s click to a job on the calendar.
